Terms & Conditions
We promise to treat you as we would expect to be treated - which is very well indeed. All but our smallest printed products (which are sent by Royal Mail) are despatched by a fast, tracked courier service so it’s very unlikely to go wrong. However in the event that an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please don’t send it back but contact us via support@almostmaps.co.uk within 14 days of receipt - preferably with a picture and explanation - and we’ll sort it out as fast as we can. If an item you ordered has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us. We will try and track it down and send you a replacement if required.
